Find your core consumer
Most growth-stage brands have a general sense of who they are building for. What they rarely have is the specificity that makes every downstream decision easier. Who is actually driving your growth? What do they need that they are not getting? Where does your brand fit in their life, and where does it fall short?
This is the work that makes everything else more effective. Positioning, messaging, channel mix, team design. None of it holds without a sharp consumer foundation underneath it.
